Buff3y the Hardcore Solo Adventure Cyclist is heading out on the long road again. Yes, against the clear, repeated and quite sound advice of his cardiologist and bank manager, Buff3y is heading to South Africa after April and will be heading north. Stay tuned.

Hi Lisa. Still got the Co-Motion Pangea. Fitted out with the centre-tracking belt-drive. Am in Toktoyaktuk on Canadian arctic coast tonight.

Hi Lisa, The Co-Motion Pangea is the same bike used for the America top-to-bottom trip. Couldn’t imagine a better bike than this one. Cheers.
